Line Ambassador

The XJet Line Ambassador attends to all service needs as they relate to XJet Member aircraft, as well as transient aircraft, catering to the needs of the jet owners, passengers, and crews. While a Line Ambassador’s main job duties are focused upon the technical services provided to the aircraft (fueling, towing, parking, basic cleaning, etc.), exceptional customer service skills are absolutely vital for the successful completion of this role. The XJet Line Ambassador assures that every arriving and every departing aircraft receives all of the ground support services in a timely fashion with the polish and smile expected.
