A Force For Good

We believe that our passion and commitment to being an active force for good is not only beneficial to the world around us, but has a hugely positive impact on XJet as a family.

Internships
Life as an
XJET Intern
Business aviation has always been an impressive world for me to discover ever since I was a little girl. I grew up to be an aerospace engineer and my passion for private jets grew further. In my 4th year at the Université Internationale de Rabat, my colleagues and I organized a conference about Business Aviation around the world, and one of the main speakers was Josh Stewart, XJet's Founder. His speech was captivating, and it was really motivating to hear Mr. Stewart's success story and how he worked hard to achieve his goals. But I kept wondering what did "Seven Star Service" really mean? As soon as I went to XJet, I understood that paying attention to detail, thinking about everything that can make the customer happy and most of all always offering a smile to the visitors were the key to achieve the excellence. And the genius idea of offering kindness and friendliness with professionalism gives all the credit to XJet and really makes all the difference.
The opportunity to intern at XJet turned out to be one of the most incredible professional and personal experiences I've ever had so far. I learned a lot about the functioning and the specifications of all the different jets. Each member of the XJet team was very helpful and very generous when it came to sharing information and guiding me through the tasks I had to accomplish during the two-month program.
Summer 2016 will with no doubt always be memorable thanks to my experience at XJet. At the end of it, I came back home to Morocco with a clear mind and a fixed goal which is to specialize in business aviation and why not get motivated enough to build my own FBO inspired from the XJet model which is noticeably very successful.
