Prior to our launch in 2007, the world’s private aviation fleet was supported by an outdated, second-rate model that simply wasn’t focused on the customer. It was a model built on pilot rewards and profit margins on fuel. Gas station economics with service levels to match. Recognizing that imbalance, we built a world class environment for the jet owners, pilots and crews, removed the profit margin on fuel and revolutionized the industry with a game-changing approach to hospitality, aimed at delivering an impeccable level of service to our clientele.
